But that's not the point...has he ripped anyone off? Why is he banned from here if he has not done that. We've had people sell broken stuff and junk and not ship here and they didn't get banned, that's what I don't understand.

Exactly. He was banned because of things you said, working out deals with people supposedly and it's a bunch of misinterpreted stuff. The guy has been around a long time, he has quality stuff, and he follows through with the transactions. The guy DROVE 9 hrs and DELIVERED Thayer's Quest to me. He didn't want any payment until he delivered, I mean, that's the point I am trying to make, he's getting fried over the coals here and he never took anyone's money and didn't deliver, but you have people that ship broken stuff, don't send things; etc and everyone is fine with that?

I don't know, I just don't think that's right by any means. We have had a guy trying to sell bootlegs of Taito Type X-2 stuff and Naomi stuff and he's still on here, LOL
