Vector monitor list / voltages

All,
I'm trying to get a list of all known vector monitor types and the standard deflection voltage ranges. I'm focused on RGB at the moment, but monochrome arcade vectors is useful too. Here's what I know (or think I know):

Sega G80 / ElectroHome G08
X=+/-4VDC Y=+/-3VDC RGB=?+4VDC?

Atari / WG/Amplifone
X=+-12VDC Y=+/-8VDC RGB=+?VDC

According to the WG 19V2000 & G05-802/805 manuals, both are:

X: +/- 10V
Y: +/- 7.5V
Z: +1.0V (black) to +4.0V (max)

I doubt the G05-801 is different. Are there other B&W vector monitors?

Yes, there is a hantarex used in the bootleg clones. Pretty rare.

OK, I did a little searching and found manuals for...

Hantarex "MTRV" model:
X: ±10V, Y: ±7.5V, Z: 0.6-5.0V

and LAI KZ-14XYB & KZ-20XYB models:
X&Y: ±7.5V (±5V MIN), Z: 0-5V

Hopefully that closes out the monochromes.
