Slowly moving from vids to pins (I know - boooooooo) and am thinking of selling my Galaga. I've probably played two games of it in 2012 even though it was most likely my favorite game growing up. I don't have pics tonight but here's the short description: all art in tact with some kick plate smudging, cab in adequate shape, marquee and bezel in great shape but could use a new CPO, all buttons and joystick work great, rebuilt monitor and boards by Gregatron.

I see them rarely come up for sale and have an interested local buyer who would probably pick it up before he even finished reading my text. I'm thinking $550. Thoughts?

I'm not into pins but I do like galagas. I can't see any pictures right now but I'd say $400-$500 for a good condition one. This game can also have a wide swing and sometimes goes up to into the $600-$800 range depending on condition.

There were a lot of Galagas made. I think it's a $350-$400 game in good condition. A totally original machine with the original side art might do a little better if the right collector comes along.

I scored over a million points on mine a few years back and have not played it seriously since then. I can't bring myself to sell it.

I sold a Galaga in average shape for $450 . I think $550 tops for an average one .

I picked up a nice one for $250 on CL with a minor graphic glitch. It was a lucky pickup as the guy was literally 5 mins away from me living in a trailer park and he was nice enough not to start a bidding war. It was first come, first serve.

I chose to sell it to a fellow KLOVer (I think for $300?) to fund another game. Yeah, I know I sold it for less than value, but I got it for cheap and still made out a little. I considered it a good deed. :)

In retrospect, I wish I had never sold it and will probably never find one at that price again. Haha. Up here, I see them pop up in the $550-700 range but not sure if that's what they actually sell at. $400-450 for a solid working one sounds about right, but I don't really know.
