I posted up a want add for arcade machines on craigslist, and I got a call today with a guy saying he has a nice MJ's Moonwalker and he wants to sale to free up some space. He wouldn't tell me a price he just said make him a offer and I didnt , I just said I probably woulodnt pay what he would want because he said hes has been checking the prices on ebay, so lets just say its in fair condition and was a dedicated game how much these go for as far as a arcade collectors standpoint

Realistically, dedicated and in nice shape...I'd say somewhere around the $200 - $400 range.

But if he's been "checking eBay", then that's code for "They go for well over $2k on eBay! Especially since MJ DIED! OMG RAER COLLECTOR'S ITEM!"

I told him around 300 at a arcade collectors standpoint and as a mj fans standpoint it will be much higher. He isn't any kind of collector and this is his only machine he said he just looking to sale to clear some room do you think it will be a slap in the face to hime to offer 100

I would offer up to $500 if it was in nice shape and didn't require any repairs -- and by "require" I mean something that works but looks very used or something, like cigarette burns on the control panel.

Not dedicated = $150 to $200.

Personally, if I ever added one to my collection - and I prbably wouldn't `cause I'm not in love with the gameplay - I'd only buy the dedicated machine.
