F700 blowing on power up.

Checked all Qs, they're good, checked D708, it was bad... I replaced it... still popping the fuse. I've checked everything I can think of, the only thing that I see weird about the board is R100 and R101 have been removed and jumpered, but that seems to be a common thing, so I don't think it weighs in on this.

Everything has been reflowed, no cracks joint on this thing anywhere... F600 is staying good, spot killer is on (obviously)...

Just something past
F700 is causing a boo-boo... I've checked everything I can think of, but I'm still not getting anywhere with this.

The thing has been recapped, and all can transistors have been replaced, and checked... none are shorted to the chassis.

Is there anything else I should be looking for?

Okay, checked the Q's again, missed something pretty important on Q706, was shorted C to E. I don't usually check that, especially when B to E and B to C are acting normally.

Luckily RadioShack actually carried that part, I'll just have to put it in and hope for the best again.
