Using a JAMMA harness inside an MVS cab to a K7193 monitor

I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong, but here's the scenario: I have an MVS cab with a 25" WG K7193, wired up to the MVS harness. I'm trying to hook up a JAMMA harness to convert the cab to a hybrid MVS/JAMMA cab using a JAMMA switcher and MVS to JAMMA adapter.

On the MVS harness, the pinout to go to the monitor are a solid 10-pin connector, with the wiring as follows: Pin 1-Red, Pin 2-Green, Pin 3-Blue, Pins 4,5,6,7 empty, Pin 8-Black, Pin 9-empty, Pin 10-Black w/ white stripe. On the JAMMA harness, it has the 6 pin and 3 pin connectors, with Pin 1-Red, Pin 2-Green, pin 3-Blue, Pin-4, Back, Pins 5 & 6 empty, then (on the 3-pin connector) Pin 8-empty, Pin 9-White, jumpered to 10, and Pin 10-White to harness.

Is there anything special I need to do to change the JAMMA over to match the MVS? Hooking the two connectors up on pins 1-6 and 8-9 of the monitor produces a weird dark line on the screen. Moving the black wire on pin 4 to pin 8, and cutting the jumper on pin 9 to 10 produces the same result, even though the wiring is identical to the MVS connector. I'm using the original MVS isolation power connection in lieu of the JAMMA power for the monitor, so that hasn't changed, the only thing thats changed is the two connectors in place of the MVS 10 pin connector.

Yes...I have no idea what I'm doing lol

Thanks to buffett and Ken for the assist!

Now if only I can get rid of the weird white screen/black line on the screen when the JAMMA isn't powered on...
