I'm a hobbyist
First of all I'd like to thank the members of this forum who took the time to pm me and offer their advice for the sale of my boards, I appreciate you taking the time and coaching me.
I believe I contacted everyone who who showed interest, and if I didn't it was an oversight on my part.
I'm very happy with the money I received for the sale of these boards. I made a lot of money, more then I expected. The buyer and I had a great conversation before closing the deal and he was very motivated. Considering I also made 25% on the dollar conversion I did VERY well.
I'm happy, the buyer is happy, I think I smell flowers

These boards are almost 40 yrs old as you guys know. The buyer is assuming a lot of risk paying what he did for them and I wish the buyer well getting them working. In my hands, those relics were probably never going to get worked on or be worse off. The buyer also has room to make some money on them after putting in the long hours troubleshooting and restoring them to their former glory. I'm glad they are going to be back in circulation instead of my basement.
I don't even like asteroids...wtf is a quantum anyway

Gravitar, not a fan. You see where I'm going here hehe.
I'm 48, I know these games. I've played them, I didn't want them.
My bottom line here folks is that I didn't pay very much at all for these boards. My profit margin here was quite substantial. I'm able to get some stuff working now that I couldn't before! This is a big deal! Be happy, I am!
