Looks like bad ROMs, have anyone local that can verify them for you?
Try resetting them first and making sure the sockets are clean, too.
Could just as easily be bad RAM or something related to the RAM...
Shoot... could be anything, but start with the ROMs and RAM.
For the RAM, a quick test is to run your fingers on the back of the RAM (solder side pins) and watch the screen for any changes. That's not 100%, but it's a quick test and it's worked for me with fixing a couple of games.
