I have a Kangaroo board that was manufactured in 1982 that looks just like a Sun Electronics game board but it has one 56 pin connector.

I was able to revers engineer it to find out the pinouts and get it to work. The silk screen on the board is almost identical to a sun electronic board.

Also when the game starts there is no Logo under the date. The game plays just like the Atari version. The board has no other Logos or manufacture marking.

Has anyone seen this board before?

Hope you can help.

MAME documents three ROMsets for Kangaroo. The Sun version "kangaroo", the Atari version "kangarooa", and a bootleg version "kangaroob". The last shows only "1982" in the space where the other versions list the copyright notice, just as in your screenshot.

Ah, the heydays of the arcade boom, when producing a bootleg Kangaroo might have made sense for a month or so. :D
