universal replacement chassis

I think the answer is yes, but wait for one of these monitor guys to give you their wisdom on that, and what it would require with that tube. As for that chassis, I would recommend staying away from it, at least that is the advice I was given. You are better off rebuilding the original K7000 chassis you have, or sending it off for repairs (e.g., Buffett).

yea i would not buy that POS i have never seen one that worked like an original chassis does.

what is wrong with your old chassis. and or do you not have one.

the K7000 is a great chassis and with a rebuild will last you along time.

you can rebuild it your self if you can solder. i sell kits and parts that can help you get that done.

but if you think it is more than you can handle and you need your K7000 rebuilt then i can do it for you.

shoot me a PM if you want it done or parts for you want to do it your self.

Peace
Buffett

Yes, it will work, but I have purchased 2 of them and they both have issues with the image folding over along the right hand side. The same thing happens with both chassis' on two different tubes. It's almost impossible to get the whole image on the screen without fold over on the right side.

Plus, the image is "wavy" on both tubes as well. Adjusting the B+ does nothing to correct it. If you can live with right edge fold over and a wavy image, then go for it. I don't regret purchasing them, but they are far from a good working K7000 type of image.

Just for reference, you can watch a recent review I did of that exact chassis...
