Don't know if this is factory or conversion, but here's one that was at Star Worlds Arcade in Dekalb IL.
That one definitely looks like a conversion in an Artic cabinet.
But, funny enough, so does the one in The King of Kong. And I've seen two Mr. Do!s in Artic cabaret cabinets as well. Mr. Do! is also Universal.
Did Universal use Artic-style cabinets for cabarets? Hmm.
