Ive got a Treasure Chest claw/crane machine that isn't dropping the claw or picking it back up. The back motor that controls that function just seems to spin, like it's got a gear that is stripped out.
I've tried to contact United Textile, but it appears they are no longer in business. I also found online something about the owner being arrested, so maybe that explains it.

Where can I get a replacement motor/assembly for this machine? I've looked everywhere I can think of.
Thank you!

He was laying low in Florida. Once he was sentenced, his wife came in and shut the place
down for good.

FYI, that motor differs from the left/right motor as it has a cork "brake" disc on it. Just so you get the right one.

United Textile Crane Tech Support

Per an article in the December Vending Times, a former UTF technician, Scott Holland, has opened a repair facility in Toms River, NJ, called Aslex LLC. Scott is factory authorized and can test and service UTF Treasure Chest, Talon, and Grayhound cranes. Scott helped me a few times with repairs for my Treasure Chest cranes on location, when United was still operating. Scott can be reached at (848) 480 6082, or [email protected]. Interesting side note, Scott's Dad, Bob Holland, was one of the founders of Grayhound.
