Slim picking for sure, up and down prices I thought. The Multicades were just ridiculous. Many drivers went cheap, especially that nice cruis'n toward the end. Some of the pins were also insane.

Scott left early and asked me to report what the breeder's cup and Jade upright went for. Breeders cup fetched $230 and the Jade fetched $200 I believe.

Anyway 3 of us came and left empty handed. Oh well.

I still can't believe that Freddy pin fetched $500 and the only thing working on it was 6 GI lights.

Not many classics, but it was a great excuse to meet a couple of my KC buddies for lunch, and I enjoyed talking with cwilkson. I jotted down a few prices:

Ms Pac $300 (Pac cab)

Suzuka 8 Hours $70 (twin sit-down bikes)
Final Lap $60 (really hard for me to pass up this monstrosity)

I didn't even bid on anything, but I didn't go home empty-handed. I picked up a Craigslist DK on the way out of town.

Anyone that went remeber what the diffrent neons went for. I got stuck putting up the christmas tree so I didn't make it (pretty shure my wife had it planned lol)

Those neons belong to the auctioneer, and he's not one to bargain. If they don't get any bids high enough, he keeps them. Needless to say they've been around for years.

I had my eye on the Bud Nascar neon, went for $90 I believe. Didn't pay attention to the others except a blue moon that was just ridiculous, $200 I believe.

Didn't know about this until I just saw this thread. Looks like I didn't miss much. $300 for an Asteroids? I sold my working 100% machine with HSS for that earlier this year. I probably should have asked more for it though.

I'm glad they didn't end up having any good pinball machines. I was so pissed that I didn't get to go and after seeing what they had I don't feel bad about not being there at all!

I believe these prices are about right:

Nightmare on Elm Street $500, completely dead except for lights in the backglass
Gorgar $600, Nice player, backglass flaked
Dancing Lady I believe around $500
High Roller & South Park $1200 each

Didn't pay too much attention to the other pins. They had a Gladiator that had some lamp issues and also had the wrong legs on the front.

That Asteroids was pretty nice, and I think there was a note on it stating it had the HSS kit and the monitor had been repaired. Jim said it was missing the saucer noise though. That Zaxxon cab was trashed. All the other "classics" in that short row were pretty decent.

If anyone has a more complete price list, I'd appreciate it, I will put it on my website. Was there any talk about future auctions? I had heard a rumor that this may have been the last one because they just weren't bringing in enough money. No idea if that's true or not (I hope it isn't).

Not that I heard. The number of games were down from the last one I attended, so I could see it being a while if they do any more.
