UDN6118A -- rated up to 80V
UDN6118A-1 -- rated up to 110V but at a lower current
UPA6118C -- rated up to 85V otherwise identical to UDN6118A
UDN6118A-2 -- rated up to 60V (too low for Gottlieb 6/7 digit displays and Wms)
There's also an XR6118A but I don't know his max rating.
NONE of these are still made today.
Beware of nearly everything listed on ebay from far east, they're mostly counterfeits.
For Gottlieb System 1 - you can use any of the above on the 4 digit displays and most of the above (not the -2's) on the 60V displays. Running a display driver with an absolute max of 60V in a circuit that often hoovers just above 60V is not a good idea.
OH! - I was wrong about current replacements still not being made. I forgot about Dionics.
Dionics still makes an HV transistor array that is compatible with the UDN6118A-1. DI513...if I remember correctly. Cannot remember the full part number. Hard to locate and Dionics wants somewhat large minimum buys. At the rate in which my cost of genuine UPA6118C's is rising - may need to switch to Dionics eventually.
