Ok, so most would not know this, but these days I do equipment service runs for an OEM. Sometimes I get really oddball requests, and this is one of those times.

I will be driving [halfway] cross country from Houston, TX, to two as-yet-undisclosed sites in WV, and then probably straight back a few days later. The route home is somewhat flexible if desired as well.

So in all probability, my route will look something like this:

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&s...code_result&ct=title&resnum=1&ved=0CDQQ8gEwAA

Beaumont... Lake Charles... Baton Rouge... Hattiesburg... Meridian... Tuscaloosa... Birmingham... Chattanooga... and Knoxville seem to be the major stops.

So the question now is: anyone got any project vids or pins they wanna haggle over? With all that driving, I thought it might be neat to make a stop and get a new project on the way back. Not like I have the room, but if it is something I want bad enough there is always the storage garage...

Might be interested in:

APB
Millipede
Missile Command

Or these pins:

Black Hole
DE Star Wars
Haunted House
Pinbot
Rocky & Bullwinkle
The Machine

Or maybe a SS in really nice shape with a cool theme? Would have to be cheap tho.

Can pay top dollar if you have something worth it, but have been doing this for a long time so don't hedge your bets on getting more than a realistic going market value. On the bright side I promise I will not bitch about pricing and the economy. :) I cannot however promise that I won't bitch about already spending too much this month on bullshit already. :S

And if you're really good I'll let you play with the hydraulic extended boom crane, or fill some shit with unregulated nitrogen pressure until it explodes. :D

if you would be interested in a super nice pc-10 countertop pm me. I'm just outside of Memphis - not exactly on your route, but i think it wouldn't be too far out of your way.

Not too interested in that unless it was a sac price, sorry.

Morning bump.

Gonna leave late tonight or in the AMs. If nothing pans out does anyone want to pay to have anything delivered on that route? I'd try to sell some of my games and offer delivery, but probably wouldn't be wise since there is no guarantee of a buy.

There was a non-working Millipede for sale in Houston for a couple of months, but the guy no longer has it listed on his site. I'll probably call him again about another game I'm interested in later this week, I'll ask and see if it's still around.

Oh yeah? Missed that one. Ask about it, but it'd have to have really nice sideart and no swell to replace mine.

Sorry, all, trip canceled. They want a tech to fly out now, so passed on that job. Oh well.
