I grabbed a non-working lowboy Ultracade locally a while back and have finally gotten into getting it working. I replaced a fuse and the CMOS battery and corrected the BIOS and got the JoshuaOS running as it should. I've cleaned up the cabinet and rebuilt all the controls. I got the kick harness installed properly but I'm having a hard time getting the trackball connected. Does anyone have any documentation or know the pinout for the Jammalinx? All I can find in hours of searching is USBlinx info.

The connector for the trackball has much smaller pins and clearly won't even plug into the Jammalinx header. I tried to rewire it to a connector that will fit the pins hoping I could get signs of life on the P4 or Aux connectors but I've spent a long time looking for the right pins with no luck.

Anyone know where to plug the trackball in on this board?

You can either have this harness for free or I can give you a closer picture of the pin header so you can figure out the pin out.

Thanks @DonPanetta - you're the man! I have spare connectors, so I can replicate the wiring using your pic (which is actually the same way the smaller pin connector is I believe). Any idea where it plugs in?

Unfortunately it's been years since I've had an ultracade and the last one I had I gutted it and converted it to vanilla mame with an ipac. I would assume this goes into the AUX port.

Here is a better picture of the connector and the pin out.

I think you can just plug a usb trackball into the computer and it will work. It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure that's what I did on an old one of these I had.
