I usually do not post these things as I not am one of those who are into the price police mindset, but this one is over the top:

And the ad in case it gets pulled:

Whats for sale:
We have a real arcade classic for sale. This is a 1980's upright dedicated Pacman arcade game. The game is complete and in good working condition. This machine is 30+ years old. This is not the rereleased version from the 2000's. This game is in good cosmetic condition but does have some ware for its age. The original cabinet is conplete with all side art, marquee, control overlays, montior, glass, joy stick, buttons, $.25 coin slots, jamma harness, power supply and pacman printed circuit board (pcb). ALL PARTS ARE ORIGINAL 1980s NAMCO. This is a rare collectors item. This Pacman game was on location in an exhibition hall in a rural part of North Carolina and had less than 20 plays per week. It has been kept in doors in a climate controlled facility. Pacman is the corner stone of all arcades and would be a perfect addition to your home arcade. Purchase price includes delevery within 50 miles of Richmond VA. Addition mileage will be charged $.50 per mile round trip. We have set the price for this rare find at $25,000 but if you would like to make us an offer no reasonable offer will be refused.

Who we are:
My partners and I have been in the arcade business for a combined 62 years of experience. We are route and family entertainment center operators. Our only business is the arcade business. We are dedicated to providing quality games for home and business use.

Location: Richmond VA

It even has the "Original" JAMMA harness!

LOL! That caught my eye too. One would think that if a greenhorn like myself knows that much, then "62 years of experience" as a "route and family entertainment center operator" might also...

My truly original Pac must be worth what 50K without a jamma harness then right.

Just remember that if it's broken, it's worth more...

there fixed it for the guy to make it more detailed.

Maybe if Toru Iwatai took a dump in it or something... it might be worth $3000.... but $25k?

Holy holy shit.

So let me get this straight if they get someone dumb enough to buy the thing for 25k they have the balls to ask for 50 cents a mile if the person is more than 50 miles away? Wow, these guys are real gents.

With 62 years of experience, they should know that $250 is a much more reasonable price. Must have been a misprint.

You'd think. But, they placed it in the asking price section of the CL ad AND the body ("$25,000").

If someone buys that at that price, I'll go blow my nose in a tissue, turn around and say it's a tissue Mel Gibson used during those now infamous phone calls, and sell it for the super low price of $2,000,000 for this piece of American history. Heck, might even promote it as something from Tiger Woods as "Contents from the Escalade".

Look on eBay and you will find you can buy a trucload of them for what you are asking. Shit dude, I can get one completely restored for a fraction of what you hillbillys are asking.
