I have a mars trc-6800h and I mistakenly took the changer door off while trying to find the dip switches for the pricing. I took the two springs and bar that holds them in place off trying to fix the coin release door and now I am having issues getting the springs orientated correctly, did I royally screw up or is this an easy fix?

Thank you/

I have taken some pictures, though not the best of quality. I also noticed that there are what appear to be broken hinges at the top of the coin mech door, which may also be part of my issue, but if so, it was this way before I removed the spring. I am going to upload the photos to the album. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply, but I am trying to avoid paying a fee for something as simple as a spring that someone else may have had issues with in the past. I believe it may be just an orientation thing, but I am not sure. If I have to replace it, I will just replace the whole unit.

It costs nothing to talk to or email the tech support guys at Mars. They know their products inside and out.

We used to use TRC6800H changers in all our cigarette machines. There were limited to pricing up to $6.35 a pack. This changer was discontinued a couple of years ago after having been in production for a long run of 15 years.

It has been replaced by a new model that prices up to $100 a pack!

Email them pictures of the broken area of yours and see if they'll send a picture of what it should look like.
