Bump for today...I wouldn't mind knowing as well. I'm also thinking about adding rear speakers overhead (think Bose displays in stores) to get the surround effect of an EDOT...anyone done that or know how?
Joe,
Several years ago before I sold it to you I jury rigged a sequencer board on the game with the intention of installing painted black wooden triangular blocks with drilled out holes for bulbs in the upper right and left corners of the monitor area, covering the bulb side of the wooden block with some red plexi. Using a bunch of mini hook clips and some wire and bulbs plus a sequencer PCB I simply followed the schematic in the manual and was able to get the bulbs to sequence, it was a very crude hookup just to see if it could be done, never got around to actually fabricating the mod because I picked up my EDOT.

Aside from hooking up the test clips on the SSIO it wasn't too difficult only 4 wires from J5 on the SSIO, however 3 of those are being used currently for the speech so you'll have to tap into those. Rest is pretty straight forward.
