Just fired up my Twilight Zone after a long break… forgot how brutal and brilliant this game is. That Powerball still gives me anxiety in the best way. Curious, what's the one feature on TZ (or any game, really) that still blows your mind no matter how many times you play?

Not pinball, but zaxxon fits that description, Zaxxon is literally a masterpiece.

Creature from the Black Lagoon for me. Love the look, love the sounds, love the theme, love the gameplay. It's the one pinball I regret selling, and I owned and sold a Tales of the Arabian Nights. Not a big Twilight Zone or Addams Family fan, but I would own either if given the chance.

activating, playing the pyramid electronic magnetic flippers feature never gets old

To answer the OP question:
I'm still fascinated by the "spin the lamp" in Tales of the Arabian Nights. The 'multiball' call with ball disappearing under the playfield at magnet still thrills me.

TZ is an incredible pin. It's been surpassed but at the time it came out it was the best pin ever made. Never been anything quite like the ceramic ball & gumball machine since. Has any game ever used a creamic ball besides TZ? Viper has those goofy glow balls but I can't think of anything else with a power ball.

Creature really nails the theme and atmosphere. Totally get why you'd miss that one.
