I want to go out and buy some frames today to hang up game flyers I plan to buy and I wanted to know if the majority of them were made the same size dimension wise. I don't want to have to go to the store each time I get one if it will be in a different size for each one.

In the US at least, most single page flyers were 8 1/2x11 (a normal sheet of paper in the US), often printed on both sides. Some flyers were 11x17, folded in half to make an 8 1/2 x 11 brochure with 2 pages (giving 4 sides). A few were even more pages (the 'Collector's Edition' flyer for Bally Space Invaders pinball is 8 1/2x11, but it's actually a little booklet (8 sides in all) - all pages are glossy, but the inner pages (a comic book) are a lighter paper.

These were intended to attract attention and be cheap to make, so they were printed on standard materials. Odd paper sizes or cut outs or whatever significantly increase the cost of the flyer.

The big problem I see with trying to frame them is that they were usually double sided, meaning that if you want to show both sides, you'll need to get two copies, and for the multi-page flyers, you'd need even more, or you'd need to just display one side.
