Twobits/Twocraps actually now has good customer service, but has inconsistency in their products.
I actually contacted them and ordered an overlay saying like this: and had a picture from this thread attached: http://forums.arcade-museum.com/showthread.php?t=57903.
They immediately refunded my money saying they never made anything like it and the "blue lines are obviously too fat," and sent a picture of their uh... interesting repro CPO (flat butts!) that looks more like the pre-licence run. I had overall a good experiance and Bob sounds like a nice guy now. Confusing, but it was worked out and I got my money back.

The conclusion, I reccomend doing buisness with them for cutomer service, though NO RETURNS are accepted for their products. Attached is the exact pic I recieved from them that they said I would recieve. Bob's a good guy as far as I can tell. Maybe Namco had a talk with him.

Edit: SOME products are good, like their cabaret CPOs and Super Pac art. Their side art's pretty good, too. I can't say anything about their cocktail CPOs, I've seen a million inconsistencies.

I bought a pink top and some LED buttons from him. Although the sale was over, he still gave me the sale price!
I got them very quickly and couldn't complain about shipping. Although, he left out the spacers and nuts. He sent them the next morning after spending 3 hours assembling all the buttons so it wouldn't happen again. Thanks!

I'm unsure how you could recommend a business that doesn't accept returns... If they send you a duff product then you've done your dough, completely unacceptable in my opinion.
 
So you say they have good customer service but there products are still crap. I don't care how nice someone is if there product has a bad rep and they refuse to take it back if there is a problem then that would not be someone I would deal with. It's kind of funny you tell people you would recomend them but you still call them twocraps. Maybe I don't understand what you are saying. Are there product different then they have been in the past?

It's iteyear98 (Not 97) though ;)

I did forget the buts and spacers. I was on the tail end of my Permanent Change of Station move to AZ. I had been packing and shipping items all along I-10 and I-20.

I try to be fast (Sometimes it bites me in the backside) and thorough. I have learned how to make sure I get the right items in the package now. Printing the invoice helps me do the checklist, pass on notes involving shipping refunds, giving thanks, adding comments about the items in the order, etc...)

I am enjoying Southern AZ now and have a routine shipping method in place. It is not as convenient as Louisiana BUT THE Post Office is open much longer here, so Saturday orders have a much better chance of going out the same day.

I have bought a few times from Two-bits and had a good experience each time. I will continue to do so.

As is evidenced by me missing a piece of the order for Jr Pac. things can and do happen. I made a mistake and did my best to make it right with the customer. As a seller that's all you can do, while hoping for the best.

I don't follow the discrepancy myself. I think you need to have the CPO in hand to shoot it down. As for me I honestly would never look that close at a CPO on a game, but I guess there are those out there that expect a 100% accurate repro

Twobits are a joke and shouldnt be supported. Bought a pac bezel, had to pay to ship to a good klovr in US because he wouldn't ship glass here (billings montana ok, but not 3 hours more north) and then pay ship again to get to me. When i got it it was missing graphics in 2 areas. I looked at what he was showing you would get on his site and it looked like original without the missing pac character and missing ghosts. I pointed this out to him and all i got was a 'never noticed that before, no-one else has mentioned that' bullshit lie. Had to press again and he said he would refund just bezel cost if i again paid to ship back. Ridiculous. He never did change the image on his website even though i would be sure to email the tool monthly for a while asking why he was still misleading buyers with never a reply. He was simply trying to sell wrongly printed glass and see if he could get away with it.. if he got caught, get buyer to send back and don't refund ship so no loss.. the guy is a liar and thief and should not be supported.
 
I dealt with twoshits a couple years ago and Bob was a total asshole that sold me a defective product and basically told me to piss off. I knew the art wasn't ideal going into it but it was my only option at the time. The top layer of laminate on the CPO was separating from it and all he would say is he had never seen that before and there was nothing he could do. I calmly emailed him a couple more times and he refused to do anything.

Anyone who knows me will tell you I am one of the calmest people they know but the way he treated me if he was local I would have driven over and socked him in the face. Maybe he finally got on some medication to change his attitude but I doubt it. Don't support this loser.
