I'm battling an EDOT whose sound doesn't want to play nice. I've decided to shotgun it and replace the big caps and motor start cap on the power chassis along with the 4 diodes in hope that it clears up the annoying problems. I have a service bulletin that says to install a second power line filter into the chassis (doesn't say why) so since I'm there I figure I'll get that done. However, it doesn't give instructions or show a diagram. While looking up MCR power chassis threads, I came across this post:

which links a pic of a chassis that either had the mod done or was a later production and came like that from the factory. Problem is that user hasn't been on in nearly two months and it's hard to make out how it's installed. It looks like it's just in parallel with wire taps connecting them. Anyone done this or have a modified chassis that can take a picture?
