I still have my 2 player VR system that I'm looking to trade for something.
It currently only works intermittently. Basically it will sit and beep at you most of the time when you turn it on, and not boot. Sometimes it will boot and run fine. It's 486 card based so spare should be fairly easy to come by. The beep code is a single beep (memory error?), I tried replacing the sims but no luck. I think it might be the cache RAM (socketed).
This system would be cool for someone who'd like to restore it. I have copies of the manuals and a ton of spare parts including most of another processing unit (except the CPU card).
I can also give you the contact details for the people who helped us get it up and running in the first place.
It comes with 2 games, Zone Hunter, and Dactyl Nightmare.
It's a really heavy piece of kit, so pickup only in Moorpark California.
