hello. i just bought a twister pinball machine and i am having problems with the ball lock. once in awhile it will work but it is having problems recognizing when the second ball goes in. i took the ball chute apart and there is a flat stick-on row of 4 sensors in it, and the first sensor (ball 2) is a little dirty around the edges. im thinking maybe the little bit of dirt is making it so it wont make contact just barely when a ball is set on top of it? does this sound right to anyone or has anyone else ever had this problem?
thanks in advance for any help
dave

dirt could cause the switch to stick or the switch may be worn out

i had to replace a switch in the trough of TWO different twisters last saturday

thanks for the reply. do you know what this switch is called (so i could search for one online)? or where i could order a replacement one? im gonna take it apart again tonite here when i get home from work. thanks again
