twisted quarter

Not a huge deal but I think that if he is out of stock it should say so on his site, not after it's too late.

Very good point. This happened once to me where they were out of stock on some blue tmolding. They didnt know it at the time. It shipped free of charge about 3 days after the first batch arrived at my house.

I have ordered from him quite a bit, and everything has been good up until my last transaction. I ordered two cap kits, and the cap values didn't match what was supposed to be in the kit, I emailed him back and forth a couple times, then the last email, he didn't respond, and it never got resolved. I didn't get too worked up as it was just two cap kits, but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth and I decided to take future business elsewhere.

What were the cap kits? I ran into an issue of getting cap kits with the wrong caps from Zanen, but never told them. Mine was for a Type 58 from Merit... Turns out Merit used a couple of different monitors that were labeled Type 58 and the cap kits are different.

I'm wondering if you ran into something similar.

Seems like you have just good review after good review, and I have to say the same. Purchased a power supply from him a while back. Had it so fast it surprised me and he refunded part of my shipping back to me.

I actually try to see if I can get something from him first now if he has what I need in stock.

Would anyone happen to know if Andrew combines multiple items from his Ebay auctions for reduced shipping?

Thanks.

Andrew has always been good to me as well. The last batch that i ordered (about $400) was missing 2 packs of light bulbs and two sets of universal marquee brackets (4 pieces). I emailed him through his site and the light bulbs were priority mailed to me. I had to email a second time though for the marquee brackets (last night). I am sure that he will make it right, but I really need these parts.

I just registered there and ordered a Golden Tee 2005 Power Supply. Seems like a nice web site, i'll probably use it from now on if this goes well.

It'll go well -- he's a good guy and I'd recommend him to anyone.

He doesn't like us Canucks. I have bought off him on eBay and then he cancels the order, went to his site and tried to buy there, same thing. No biggie I'll spend my loot elsewhere.

Andrew just doesn't know the Canadian shipping tricks like I do.:D
