Sigh... god help us all...

I won some like these, but 11x17 posters at the Seattle show.. I have no idea what to do with them. They are signed by Billy and Walter...

I'll have to contact Walter to have them correct that egregious oversight =-P

Is there a thread about it on the TG forums too?

Sigh. More shameless self-serving self-promoting useless crap from TG. This is just another desperate attempt to try and stay relevant. What a bunch of idiots.

FAIL.

Its pretty laughable to me, I see the trading cards as handjobs between the mucky mucks... :D Where the hell is my geeky card?!

Its really cool how TG does recognize people and give them credit and praise for being good at playing even at an obscure game. Its nice to have someone pat you on the back and always have a positive attitude about playing and collecting old game machines, instead of a group bashing of arcades, which 90%+ of the public think we're absolutely nuts and I'm embarrased to have some of these guys represent "us" as collectors and players as a whole.

What sucks about the trading cards in my mind is...

A) They don't even have the video game pictured that they're trying to praise... you're giving an award for game playing yet don't show the game. Its like having baseball cards where all the players are standing around in blue jeans.

B) It does indeed seem the patting on the back has turned into handjobs, ROFLMAO, I say that in a joking way cause they're good guys they just push it over the limit of what I consider congratulating and recognizing achievement.

They could at least show the bodacious score they got on the card but I guess it would be taken down the next day so why bother. Maybe there are stats on the back of the cards. :004_ssleepy:

Wow, I really hope those cards are just TG concepts, and not actual designs for what may become the finished product. No offense to the print designer, but that's not publish-worthy work.
