Ok, I think I found the voltage issue. This machine is from Canada, my first Auction purchase probably 14 years ago ... (wow, time flies). So they have that extra transformer in their machines - If I bypass that and plug in direct (Just like my US Theater) - The voltage on the aux port never drops below 118 and it appears I no longer have any resets.
I'm going to test more after work today ....
