TV's with tubes that are compatible with a K7000 19"

I have a K7000 with a 19" monitor and am looking into obtaining an old CRT TV to do a tube swap. Does anyone know offhand which TV models are the best candidates?

TV's didn't always use the same tubes inside, so there's really no way to tell without opening one up.

Man, we really need a subforum for this...

Just made a post about this in another thread. Someone just picked up a TV that would work for a K7000. Give me a minute and I'll post my finding and ask him what he has.
Here is the 1 on record.
19" Daewoo DTQ2023FC A48JLL40X
Horiz-3.5ohm
Vert-14.2ohm

Waiting for a reply as to which TV he picked up and the tube number.
Btw smalltownguy2 the tube wouldn't even matter other than pins and the yoke.

Timing...

I have one of those! I have been selectively accumulating TVs for a while and have been opening and cataloging their tubes while doing some reorg'ing this week while I'm off. (I have a short list of the ones I found which I was going to send in once I finished them all.)

My model was Daewoo DVQ-19H1FC made in 2004 it has a A48JLL40X tube in it.

I also opened a Daewoo DTQ-20N2FC which had a A48KZL70X (3.2 / 14.4 / CR31) tube in it.

Nice. I have about 30 tv's in my basement. lol My girlfriend says I'm nuts. I say I'm smarter than you think. haha That DTQ you have might actually be close enough for a K7000 too. I haven't even checked what chassis might go with my 19" tubes since I don't have a game that takes that size tube. Cool thing about picking them up is if there is a problem I try to fix it as it readies me for a monitor failure and I'm familiar. TV's and monitors have pretty much the same problems. I figured I'd pick them up while their free and plentiful because they will become rare some day... Although I did keep a nice 35" tv I think it is in case my LCD goes out I have a backup until I could fix that. =)

Yeah, you know you got a little crazy going on when you empty an entire storage closet and readjust all the shelves to accomodate 19" tvs... :)

That being said, it's nice to have made a good decision years ago when I bought all those chrome wire heavy duty shelves when I bought the place. I think I can hear an echo of myself saying "eh, will I ever really need to adjust the shelves an inch at a time?".

agree 100 percent about the sub-forum. I had much sucess with the newer tv's and they produce and awsome picture. all pair up nicely with the k-7000 family and without swapping yokes.

I agree as well. If that were the case I'd open all my tv's back up and check the yokes to see what chassis it would go with to help out. The reason I opened them before was to check with my tube tester and make sure I had a good tube.
