Always thought I wanted one of these, and now could get what looks like a very nice one either a 12 hour drive or shipped tho.. I don't even think bitd I could get past the second level, but reading up on here it says there are 4 levels which does not leave much new for a game you can play whenever you want if you had it... so wondering from people that have this, is this game a worthwhile keeper? Do you play it much after the first couple weeks?

I don't have fond memories of the game so you will have to decide if you liked it BITD enough to want it now. What I can say is that stern seeburg games are generally pretty hard games. I love bagman but have never beat the first level. Still to me it's a very fun game and one I'm glad I own.

It's a cool game and I've wanted one ever since I sold the one I had, but I don't know that I'd drive 12 hours for one.

There are 4 mazes but the game keeps going and it does get harder. Tut was my first game purchase in 1987. I still have it.

I'd like to find one eventually. I have an old magazine somewhere from when the game was current that shows tips, screenshots, etc..

If anyone has a Tut project for sale near north AL, shoot me a PM!

I liked it bitd... but I liked a pile of other things I would like to get.. I'm surprised that how many games I like then, I still like now I own them... plus Tut was so hard back then that perhaps the challenge would keep it interesting. And I think the attract sounds are a classic sound to me. I think about bagman the same way - never got close to even finishing the first level so I am sure it would be challenging.

I love Tutankham. Love it. I got lucky and got a nice one for $250. A real cherry. I don't think I'd ever want to sell it. Played the shit out of it back in the day. The music and sounds are phenomenal. Yes, it is hard. I would have liked more levels and the ability to make vertical shots. But it is what it is.

Love Bagman, too.

I just passed on one the other day in pretty good shape. He would'nt let it Go for $50 because it worked. But I had already bought 7 games from the guy(not for $50 ea. mind you) so my garage is full.
It had a cool Plexiglass marquee on it...
only real problem I could see was the sword sticker on one side was missing a piece.

This is a game, that I had never played prior to becoming a collector. JSQUARED has one and I played the game for the first time at his house. I thought the game was awesome, I was able to pick one up and have had it for about 2 years now, I love it. This game is a keeper (for me anyway), lots of fun, people enjoy playing as well do I.

...

Amazing game, some of the best sounds and a cool theme.
Ive had one (off and on) for about 10 years and have had this one for 6 years. Definitely a keeper.

I like it, but it never gets played when anyone comes over..

Looks good next to Pooyan, but is going to the basement to make room for another pin..

I played it back in the 80s. Thought it was pretty cool back then.

However, due to space limitations now, it's not a game on my radar to own. It comes up for sale around here once in a while and is usually pretty cheap. If I was buying one, I'd pay $250 tops for one in great shape. In fact there is one for sale around here right now, been for sale for months and months.
