Turning an original Simpsons cab into a 2 in 1 with TNNT
Hi everyone,
So I currently have a dedicated original complete konami Simpsons 4 player cabinet. I also have the konami TNNT 4 player pcb that I want to add to this cabinet via a 2 in 1 switcher. I'm fairly new at this and would like to tackle this project. I know my two hurdles are 1- Simpsons is a stereo sound game having the separate 4 pin connection while turtles is a mono. So I cannot just "plug and play" TNNT in the cabinet without losing the sound. And 2 - the 2 in 1 switchers out there that I have come across don't have support for p3 & p4 kick harnesses. Not sure if I missed anything else that needs to be addressed, but if I have, please let me know.
Being new, I was hoping someone could guide me through this project addressing the two hurdles and how to resolve them. And also, If I could be pointed in the right direction regarding where to purchase the proper supplies I need to make this happen I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you all in advance, you are getting me closer to my dream of having both of my favorite childhood games in one cabinet.
Regards,
John
