According to the pinout, if you put it on upside down, pretty much all the voltages would be on the same pins, but the outputs for video and switches would go out on the wrong wires.
The only difference is that +sense and +5 would be swapped, and -sense and gnd would be swapped, but I think they are the same signal anyway.
Your +10.3reg would move one pin, but that one isn't connected on the harness, so may go nowhere on the board.
Perhaps you'd send the +5 for the switches along the video line (which is normall y about +2.5) so maybe you blew something in the color drive circuit of you monitor?

On the AR/II board had R30 toasted, so lacking that resistor I used the AR/II from my Centipede. And the board ground was toasty, so I repaired it. It was pretty late last night, and I plugged it in without thinking about it first.
