So I got a 13" monitor with a bulk buy the other day. How do I know what chassis I need for this?

Is there a yoke attached? Are there any markings at all? Can you post a pic? I have a ton of 13" monitors and I might be able to help ID it.

Yoke is there. I will look tonight and let you know along with posting a pic.

Measure across the red and blue wires, then whatever the other pair is (colors can be different but red/blue are usually there).

The red/blue is the horizontal side and the other pair is the vertical.

There are two coils on the yoke, one for vertical deflection and the other for horizontal deflection. Take your multimeter, set up to read resistance or ohms, and put it across two slots on the yoke connector. Usually you will measure red to blue and green to the remaining color (I usually see yellow, brown, or white). However, if the colors are different don't sweat it, just copy down the reisistance readings across both pairs. If you are not across a pair then you should not get a reading and you will not damage anything so there is no need to worry about screwing up the yoke taking reisistance readings.

Also, a lot of these 13" monitors used different tubes, so the tube number may also help.

For example:

13" G07 - 370ESB22 (CR-28)
13" Sanyo 14EZ - 370HAB22 (CR-33)
13" WG K4700 - 370DJB22 (CR-25)
