Rather than buying a new monitor on ebay, fellow klover Deadly suggested I try a tube swap since I have the frame already. I searched through several threads and found a site that offered some help. http://www.junknet.net/tube-swap-diy-part1
I went to my local goodwill today and spotted a Toshiba CF19G22 (tube model is A48KZL70X) manufactured Sept 1997 it was $10.38 but it was 75% off so I got it for $2.59 not to bad.
8 pin
vert 9.3 ohm
Horiz 4.6 ohm
So if everything sounds good so far I guess I will order a universal chassis. Will the univ chassis come with the connectors already on it so all I need to do is splice the wires? Should I get one from 8liners or http://www.alvaamusement.com/ ? I would be looking mostly for who would get it shipped faster. If anyone sees something that doesn't look right or has any advice that would be appreciated.

Call Alva and tell them you want a 2620-S chassis.

Thanks for the model #. I called and she let me talk to a tech to confirm that was the correct chassis, not that I didn't believe you... $75.45 with UPS ground, ships today she will email tracking info. Seemed to go smoothly, hopefully everything else will work out. Time to go get more T.V.'s

I picked up another nice tube today, Phillips PR1910B01 made Feb 2000, Tube is a Funai A48JLL90X. Horiz 3.2 Vert 15.2 8 pin. Im hoping someone may know which chassis to get from alvaamusement, the tech was extremely difficult to understand.

if you dont want to order universal chassis' you just need to find a yoke for whatever you are putting in there unless the tv yoke matches a old arcade chassis. it's just a little more time consuming trying to converge.
