Found another TV that is a drop in for a k7000 19", yoke and all.
It a Sanyo, manufactured in December 1993.
Model Number: SRB 1965 422
Tube: A48AFN22X CR-31 6.3v
Vert ohms: 14.5
Horz ohms: 5.0

Only issue I had was the mounting tabs were off set quite a bit from the stock k7000 tube. I had to move the chassis back a bit and add some spacers to the tube mounts.

Picture was beautiful right out of the gate. Had to adjust the sizes a bit but other than that it was cake.

What do people use for spacers in cases like this?

Were the tube's ears under the implosion strap facing forward instead of facing backwards? I run across that all the time. Swapping in a tube that has the ears facing forward means your tube's face and neck will be moved back in the cab about an inch. Not a big deal unless you've got a bezel you can't shift, or you have clearance issues with the back door. Then you got problems. I've passed on a few tubes for a G07 swap for that reason.

Pics or it didn't happen :)

I only have an "after" picture and it's not that great. The mounting tabs wear at the front of the tube. The main problem I had was the heat sink metal on the k7000 chassis was in the way of the tube. I just spaced the tube out a bit and moved the chassis back a bit in the frame.

Have you buttoned up the game yet? I'd be interested to know if you have trouble with gaps between your bezel and the monitor's tube.

Unfortunately, the System 1 cab I put it in doesn't have the correct Atari bezel in it, so there is a gap. I think with the correct cardboard bezel it would be a real close fit with the spacers I put on both the tube mount and the monitor mount to push it forward.
