if i have a monitor that has mostly red color and just a little bit of blue and green can a rejuvenator fix this?

The answer in regards to using a rejuvenator is yes, sometimes. It depends on how much buildup of crud has collected on the respective RBG electron guns in the neck shorting them out. The rejuvenator, if successful burns the crud off. Some tubes are to far gone, but you do not know until you try it. I've seen some real bad tubes come back.

Is there a particular model of rejuvenator that will with any type of montior/crt tube that I should get?.

Others will chime in here for sure. I've had a few of my tubes rejuvenated, and it works well. Still need to make the leap on buying one!

B&K and Sencore are probably the top 2 brands. I have a B&K model 470 and love it. I don't have to use it a ton, but it's totally worth having. If you are looking at buying a B&K rejuvenator it's best to go with models 467 and up because these use the common "CR" series of adapters. You need different adapters for different CRTs because they aren't all the same. The model 466 can be changed over to work with standard "CR" adapters if you change the molex connector which isn't a huge deal. Also, "CR 23" is the most common adapter used for many of the CRTS used in arcade monitors. Finding the adapters can be a bit of a pain, however members here often make their own, like I did, and you can probably find someone here who can make one for you. I can't say much at all about Sencore having never used them myself.
