Congrats! That is a great looking picture! I have a 25" TV with a tube that matches to a cr-23 that I need to take apart and get swapping over so I can have an extra k7000 on hand. 
Edit: I see the only challenge was for the yoke connector. One other solution to use in a pinch would be to just crimp on some female molex pins and hook 'em up that way. I do this on flybacks for the heater voltage wire since those little connectors they use don't come already put on the replacement flybacks most of the time.
