TSPP Not 'seeing' balls and some solenoids not firing

I'm getting a checksum $BF22 error at startup and then the pin (simpsons pinball party) isn't seeing any of the balls in the trough. Red optical light is on so there is power there.

The upkicker solonoid isn't working when I test it and an handful of others arent working either (pop bumpers etc) but then a bunch are. Including the 'homer head' which, in the manual, shows are part of the same 'group' as the pop bumpers and the upkicker solenoid.

Would a rom error be causing all this?

Thanks

Do a factory reset and see if that helps . Also check you connecters in the backbox for loose or burnt connecters . I would also check and see if your ball trough has dimpled . Go into switch test and roll a ball into the trough to see if all the switches are registering . Also take out and check all of your fuses . Start with this first and see what you get
