Hey!
Tron is finally installed in the restored cab and the game works. Sound doesn't, though. When I first got the game, the sound didn't work but the seller wiggled wires and turned the volume pot (I think) and it came back and stayed back. Sadly after removing and restoring all the cab parts it's quiet again. Plugging and unplugging the connectors on the Dual Audio AMP AND J3 on the audio board results in speaker noise, scratching thumping and so on. I assume this bodes well for it?
The board was tuned up by CDjump immediately before I got it so I assume it still working.
I'm going to repin the two amp conections J1 and J2
Repin J3 on the Audio IO board in the stack
Test the 1k volume pot on the remote (can I do this with it still connected?)
Clean the board connectors
Test power at amp from J5 on supply. Unsure of the voltage, schematics only list as Audio and Audio return
An other things you can think of?
Merci!
