Tron restored to new

That strategy only works on high-demand, high value games. Good luck doing a soup-to-nuts restore on a Dig Dug and getting your money back out.

Nice cab. I hate Tron. It's worth $2000 probably.

Have to pick them I guess. I'll also restore for people. I take waaaay more pleasure in fixing them up.

I hear you there. That's actually the part of the hobby I enjoy most. Learning how to repair, fixing them, restoring them, and then moving on. I very rarely play my games; I'm almost always working on them.

The last 2 that sold on Klov were $1600 And $1500. But that was almost 2 years ago. I agree with smalltownguy2 that $2000 is probably the going rate.

That is one gorgeously restored Tron, and I love that translite mod. I'm with hailrazer - $2K+ for someone who wants a jewel in their collection.

This is truly one of those games that polarizes though, although I don't understand the hate. I'm never selling mine.

$2500 or more easily. How did you make the mod? Its awesome!

$2500 for a modded Tron? hmmm. gonna have to disagree there.

Tron is not a rare game, albeit still popular.

if it's a 10/10 restore to factory specs, i'd say $2k to the right buyer, but any time you mod something it's gonna immediately turn-away a certain percentage of potential buyers.

my hunch would be floating around $1500 on average for a good Tron, but good luck to OP regardless.

So much for me offering $500CAD (plus getting free delivery and 1yr warranty). LOL ;)

Very surprised you're going to sell it. Humm ...

I've come to réalise I love fixing them more.

I should pay you to fix up some of my cabinets -> aethetics etc - bondo, repair, art, paint, stencil etc. :five:

You make them pretty.
I'll make them "work". LOL

I sold my restored Tron a little less than year ago for $2600, but it was an ebay buyer (and we did the transaction off ebay so i didnt lose any of the $2600). I wouldn't try and sell it here personally.

I'm selling it in Canada. Probably via Kijiji. Though, I may already have sold it with a partial trade for a.. Tron :)

Lol, yeah that's funny but I totally understand. I actually really enjoyed that restoration more than usual because it is such a unique cabinet and just looks so cool when finished. I'd definitely do another if I had the chance, good luck!!!
