What is the value of a 100% working pcb?

I usually see these go for about $200 on average. Sometimes a seller may have it priced at $150 or $250.

You would think the PCB that allows you to enter the grid would be worth more, but honestly you need the laser to go along with it to make it really valuable . . . wait we're talking about the arcade pcb . . . . ummm

Assuming you mean the 3 board 'sandwich', I have sold a few sets of these for $200 shipped. They were fully tested/working and included a new set of ribbon cables. I have another set that just came off the repair bench.
