So, I finally managed to get the Tron modding all done on the pinball, with a little help from a friend. The video doesn't do it justice to be honest. I installed some new LED lit blue flipper buttons, a modded LED lit recognizer with white beam shining down, and orange light in the cockpit. Then installed the light cycles that are from Hallmark, and put LEDs in those as well. Then scattered some LEDs on the playfireld, In my opinion looks much better with the brighter lighting, just looks more dramatic updated, and Tronitized having a high contrast.
here is the video of it.

Nice job. I've only played this machine one time and I don't remember: did it come with the minature arcade game with a working screen? For some reason I thought the screen was dark on the one I played.

How is the play holding up? What is your high score and how many games have you played?

No, the Arcade was modded, it was a kit from a guy from RGP. In my opinion best mod ever !!!!!

Wow Dave! That looks great!

I have the arcade game mod but am hesitant to dig into my 6K pinball game for fear of screwing something up...

I also have the light cycles waiting to go in too...same story. where did you tap into the game for power to the cycles?

Where did you get the recoginizer mod?

So many questions... ;^)

Great job!

Tom

haha, I couldn't tell you, sorry I am lame when it comes to doing this kind of thing, and I was worried to do the same thing with the fear of messing it up. I had a friend of mine do it all for me.

I still think the LE is a sweet looking game, and your mods make it look sweeter. Not only that, they don't LOOK like mods...they look like they should be there.

Awesome, good that it doesn't look like its to modded :)
wanted to avoid that, thinking it would be too much...you know?
But it looks a ton better, and improved the feeling of Tron.

Very nice Tron LE. Iv'e played a Pro quite a bit and an LE briefly, and think that yours looks great. The mods you have fit the pin really well and look as though they were meant to be there. I switched my Dirty Harry's flipper buttons out to clear ones and then lit them with blue LED's awhile back. Everyone that has seen them has liked them. Yours look great too. Thumbs up!

forgot to answer your question, haha....i have over 1,200 plays :) and still look forward to playing it every time I step into the garcade. My high score is not the greatest, but nether less I have a great time ! my highest score is 64 million.

Your mods look fantastic. I have been modding my LE and would love to do the light cycle mod. I have the Hallmark Ornaments already. Do you know anyone that will do the mod and send back the Light Cycles to then wire into the table?

Where did you get the Recognizer neon sign. That thing is amazing and i must have one.
