I went to my kid's book fair this morning and Disney is now selling a kid's book based on the movie.

I leafed through it and it seems to give away the entire plot. Hmm..

Well if you would have been working or playing your games instead of wasting time with your kid, this wouldn't have happened.

chalk it up to a lesson learned huh

:)

I'm not expecting a fantastic story out of this movie really. I'll take it if it's there, but the most appealing part of Tron was that it was just a very different, unique looking, and made fantasy movie. It should be fun to watch.

I didn't read the entire book, just leafed through the first few pages and looked at some of the pictures. I didn't want to know the spoilers....

What I did see in the pages I saw is the same plot line we already know -flynn has been missing, son goes to the arcade, ends up in cyberspace and meets his dad;etc.

I'm guessing that the book is the movie. Why would it be different...

i didn't read the book either, but they have at least two different tron kid's books at border's in the kids section.

Adam's just vindictive since his Tron costume photo leaked onto the internet a while back, and everyone laughed at him... Now he's a bitter shell of his former Tron-loving self.

The trailers have gave away a lot of the plot if you ask me. Trailers are too revealing these days. Hopefully they have hidden a few plot lines from the trailers and previews.

The only reason I'm seeing the movie is because I'm an absolute dork and I died when I saw the original Tron. I know going in that it probably won't be the greatest movie in the world but I'm still seeing it opening weekend in IMAX 3D. Who knows, maybe it'll beat Avatar with all the nerds seeing it 6 times. I saw Star Trek opening weekend not even on purpose, I was with friends and we were like "Lets see an action movie. Hey, Star Trek is now out lets see that".

The only thing I noticed in the trailer was the woman in black spandex, which will probably be the only good thing in the movie.

Reminds me of the Flash Gordon movie – the best thing in that movie was the woman in red spandex.
