FROM RGP:
-Chrome package with lockdown bar, legs, and siderails
-The Recognizer in the back of the playfield will move side from side
and show which targets to hit whereas the Pro version will be
stationary
-Drop down targets will replace the stationary targets on the left
side of the playfield
-LED controlled lamps with be used
-A shaker motor will be installed
-EL wire will run alongside of the ramps making them glow
-A possible additional ramp might be added
-Enhanced music and additional speech will be added

I don't see a power ball or additional software rules listed only additional speech. Guess they heard the anger expressed in the additional game play offered in Avatar huh? heh heh

PRICE - ~$5700

Feel free to let the LE judgments fly :)

Amazing package compared to Sterns past offerings on LEs - they are really stepping up here.

Wonder what the extra ramp could be? That would of course insist on updated code (unless there is base code for all with third ramp always available, just not used in the pro version).

This week, Stern noted they would officially announce the details - until i see them, this is just "rumor" but probably truth.

Well, i am in. My only Complaint (i will lodge it here) is that LE versions are released a month later - damn the wait!!!

An additional ramp - I can't even manage where that would go?

I'm not jumping in just yet. Want to play the Pro version. If that makes me happy an LE would be that much better :)

An extra ramp? That would eliminate me saving money on the pro. Damn you Gary Stern!

I think that is what he is betting on that you and others will pay the extra $$ once you see how much is left out on the Pro.

Extra ramp = Complete the Funhouse picture - crosses over to left inlane (because of the lack of second Plunger). For those that played Funhouse it makes sense - look at the fields side by side. Thats my guess.

Maybe Stern will release pics this week - seeing that there is still a pending announcement.....

how would they handle that? divert the ball from an existing ramp to the new feed into the left inlane?

Is that $5700 in the 11-20 range or 21-50 range? Still hoping to bring this LE home in the $5000 range or less. Probably dreaming.

Keep dreaming. DOnt me to be a buzz kill but the cost is above $5000 im sure. At least the Lord and the Rolling Stones were. Meaning Dist cost.

Yes that's my guess, based on the blatant funhouse copy.

Of course the might and possible tag lines of a third ramp leads me to believe it may not happen - I am also guessing they are trying to squeeze it in before the window closes.

what's a good price on the LE...in your opinion...and i know it's just a ballpark answer as nothing is firmed up on price yet.

...a couple of people who want ALL THE DOUGH!

Competition will drive prices down a bit....but I think the lowest anyone will find it is 5400 or 5500. No one should pay over 6....IMO, that's the "point of no return" that Stern should not cross. That's going into Jersey Jack territory.

i'm 99.9% sure i have a hookup for $5500. i think that's likely to be a pretty good price.

I'm curious what prices everyone is seeing on the LE's shipped? I've been quoted 5745 plus $200 ship so far.

What have you guys heard on production numbers (pro & LE)? I see even a lot of non pinheads chime in saying there in for an LE.... Maybe I missed it somewhere? I think there might be a frenzy here..

I'll email Trent tonight and try to find more details....

I'll go with best price LE and since I live in Chicago I'm hoping we can work it out to pick it up to save the shipping. If someone can hook me up with that, I'm all ears.
