ok, we had our first FAMILY get together arcade/pizza party at the new house (over the thanksgiving weekend).

the tron le was waaay popular and got play all night.

i noticed towards the end of the night that the QUORRA multiball was not repsonding at all.

looks like every time the ball goes through that LANE nothing responds??

i am a newb when it comes to pin repairs and pins in general. anyone ever had a problem like this??

any help/support would be appreciated! chris

no i havent. been so busy with work/family havent had a chance to check it out yet.

although that night when i opened up the coin door to go into the diagnostics, it did show a quorra multiball malfunction error or something like that??

Have you checked to make sure that the switch is working properly?

Not sure if the spinner by itself qualifies Quorra MB, or if there's another switch at the end of the loop that also comes into play, but you'll have to check the spinner switch and any other switches the ball hits when you hit that shot.

Yeah, go into diagnostics / swithc test with the glass off. Ping the switches on the PF to get a feel for them. Then focus on the Quorra area, and see which one doesnt react to nail it down.

Switch issues are usually bad switch (rare), broken wiring, stuck closed switch - hopefully one of those three since they are relatively easy to fix.

I had an issue with the switch by the Flynnn's Arcade... I just had to bend it a bit, it was stuck in the "on" position.

Hey Chris,

Yes, let us know what you find. I've restored two solid state pins but I'm afraid to even open up my Tron, or RFM!

Good luck.

I had a similar problem with my LE turned out to be 2 bad optic boards and I called Stern about it, they sent the replacement parts and fixed the problems my advice to you just contact Stern and mention the problem that your having and a person named Chas (great help) should know what your problem is and send out what you need.
