Finally got my Tron running yesterday after installing the arcadeshop.com power switcher for the MCR board. (could it not be adjusted correctly?) ((taken right from the box)).
Played for about 30 min and the lights all went out, except the monitor and game still played. Most of the sound was there, but a few parts were not - light cycle and another sound.

So I checked the fuse. One was blown. It was the middle slot in this picture. From Right To Left it read 12V 2amp, 115V 1/2amp, 115V 2amp. Is that correct??? Shouldn't they be the same?

I pulled all three and noticed that the middle one that was blown (shown on left) was a different fuse. Should they all be slow burn fuses??? The one that burned looks like a fast one.

Thoughts?

In your first picture, from left to right the fuses are 115V 2A, 115V 1.5A, 12V 2A, all Slo-Blo. It should be on the other side of the paper flap that covers the fuses. You can use a higher voltage fuse, but make sure you're using the same amperage. The fuse you need is 1.5A, NOT 0.5A as noted in both your posts. The middle fuse is in circuit for the lights (as you deduced) and if it draws more than 0.5A, it'll just blow again.

Awesome. I'll try that. I couldn't tell if the middle was 1/2 or 1 1/2 amp. This helps.
Anything else I should check after replacing the one fuse?

with fuses 110v or higher is fine, the amperage is the important factor.

Fuseblock looks a little sketchy too, btw. ID a tleast tey to tak a piece of scotehbrite and clean it up but in the process itll pobhably crumble and need to be replaced anyways.

Sounds as if you had too smal of a fuse anyways, so hopefully youll have her fixed up in a jiffy.

Please check your +5 volts as well, just because a switcher is new does not mean the +5 is dead on, the +5 will vary depending on the load of the gameboard.. never ever assum eits good out of the box. SOmetimes they can be cranked up to like 6 volts!!!! very bad for boardsets.
