From the Ad on CL:

i have a 1982 tron tabletop arcade game in good condition. the only thing is the monitor got damaged when i brought it here from dc. i dont know how much it is to fix. ive tried finding someone who knows how to fix these types of things to no avail. so now i just want to get rid of it (if i can get close to what i believe its worth). i am asking 1000 or the best offer. i will take trades or any reasonable offer. i also know that the value of it will also be going up soon considering the new tron movie about to come out. here are some pics. thanks.

P.S. if anyone out there actually knows how to repair this thing i would be interested in your services as well

Took a look at the pictures -he's dreaming at $1000.

Like, seriously strong laughing gas dreaming.

Yeah I don't think it's worth $1000 either, but maybe he is willing to dump it for cheap considering he can't get it fixed. Or maybe you can make some good coin repairing it for him.

I was searching tron on crazedlist and was surprised how many affordable projects there still are on there. You don't see the cocktail version very often.

He does say "i am asking 1000 or the best offer", so offer away. I always look at OBO as the highest offer, not necessarily the highest offer over the advertised price.

I sold mine (very very very nice condition) for $750 about 2 years ago. That's when most said they were worth $500, so I felt lucky. (paid about $900 for it though)

It was a cool machine, but the game play truly isn't as good. My joysticks would not go diagonal on the cocktail.
