I'm looking at getting an ICE crane at an auction close to me. The drive is about 3 hours away. I'm thinking about getting one of the "medium" sized cranes (42in-46in wide). I've moved them around on their casters and they seem light, but it didn't occur to me how to put them in a pickup truck.
Are they easy to transport with one person?
I usually dolly an arcade game to the bed of the pickup, then lean it back touching the tailgate, then grab the bottom and slide it in the bed. Can I do the same for this crane with one person, or is it too tall/heavy?
Any danger with the glass all around it possibly breaking from transportation if hitting a heavy bump?
