I did a search and did not find the info I was looking for. What is the best way to transport a arcade game? I am going to look at two games tomorrow and need to know. I am going to look at a steel gunner and a road blaster. I do have a enclosed trailer to put them in. Should they stand upright? If they are to tall to stand upright will it hurt them to lay them down?

There are posts here somewhere on this, but I believe the general conscensus was, if all of the inside boards, power supplies, monitor, etc. are mounted as they should be (firm), then they should be able to be laid down if necessary. Many times they are not.
If you lay them down, don't even think about powering them up until you pull out all of the loose screws, coins, brackets, etc or you will be looking for additional parts when the boards short out and you blow one up.
My opinion, if you can safely transport upright and secure them properly from falling over, then do so. Thats the least evil IMO.
You should still check inside before powering up even when transported upright.

Thank you. I am going to do everything I can to not lay them down.
