Is there anything that can get damaged by transporting a pac cocktail on its side? I have about a 100 mile trip, and if I lay it on its side, I can take the good gas mileage car. :)

Thanks for any advice on this. I don't know much about cocktails

never done it myself, but the heaviest part is the monitor so you could demount the monitor & tape up/wrap up the top glass and the rest is lightweight

This is how I got mine home, won't hurt anything. Obviously make sure the table tops are locked together and check the inside for anything loose like the coin box.

Thanks for the replies. I think I am just going to take the Rav4 anyway. The price difference is only 2 gallons of gas, so I guess it really isn't worth the risk, or the extra work to safeguard it. :)

Probably good to take the other vehicle. Tempered glass is most vulnerable to shattering on its edge. I wouldn't do it unless you were able to ensure the edges of the glass wouldn't receive pressure.

When I got my Super Pac cocktail, my folks brought it in their F-150, covered up and strapped in. It was just a 60 mile trip and it was perfectly fine. I have since moved it in a pickup and there's nothing to it. Lifting it up into the bed is another story, unless you have another person handy.

The glass itself is not holding the weight of the machine... There also is tolerance in the glass clips, that the glass can shift if needed.

Like I stated, I did this and had no problems.

I got it home without issue. It fits in the back of a rav4 without having to put the seats down. :) It is pretty beat up, so I need to find some artwork. Not bad for $50 though since it works.

My memory is really getting bad. I have been thinking that this is my first cocktail, but I have owned a Space Invaders ct, as well a 3 ct pins. I am glad I have pics of all of the cabs I have had somewhere. :)
